When you enroll either a PC or IBO you will be asked for a "placement" and a "sponsor" ID number. The UniLevel pay plan means that you choose where to position new PC’s and new IBO’s. This incredible business plan allows you to help build and compound your specific IBO’s that you have chosen to work with. You literally are able to build your business to your total advantage, by helping others. The 50 year old multilevel (UniLevel ) pay plan combined with direct marketing practices is really a marketers dream come true. Your next step is to learn the exact structure to build inside of the Integris pay plan…
The following three steps will explain this simple process. Once you have followed these easy steps you will have a specific plan for building everyday. And, you will know that you are set up correctly to maximize the rewards of your labor.
Step one: Setup For Sponsoring and Placing Your PC’s and IBO’s
Important Note: Build managers and you will build wealth. If you know how to build managers, the rest of the compensation plan will take care of itself and you will understand the entire plan. Building managers over and over is the way to reach the very top.
Your first step is to identify and sign-up (Sponsor and Place) two designated IBO’s. This part is critical because these two people will be the ones that you build your entire business volume under in the beginning…your next Manager and Supervisor. These individuals should be professional and should understand the extreme advantage they have if they are in this

Step Two: Exact Placement for Your PC’s
You now have a future Manager to build and one place to put your PC’s for maximum income. As the sponsor you will still earn your 25% AutoShip bonus as you "place" your PC’s on level THREE…(Using AMY’s ID#)
You earn 12% royalties on all re-orders on levels 3 and 4.You earn the highest royalties available AND you are building under TOM and AMY at the same time.. TOM and AMY will earn 5% royalties on ALL PC’s that you put in that specific line! It is a win-win situation for all and the fastest way to build Managers… Hint: Tom and Amy will duplicate this same process!
When the customer decides to go on AutoShip for their FREE SHIPPING you (the enroller) will earn 16% while TOM and AMY will still earn 5%!

Step Three: Exact Placement for Your IBO’s
You will place all your future IBO's front line to TOMThis method will give you leverage and ensure growth for Tom as your first Manager.This process keeps your new IBO close to you and builds your Manager in a big way.
Hint: Tom and Amy will duplicate this same process!
